Biography: 

Jason is a high-performance coach turned consultant. Jason brings a lifetime of sport and coaching experience, driven by his passion for helping others succeed in a meaningful way. He believes in a world where sport can be used to develop fitness and life skills to pursue success, fulfillment, and happiness.


He holds a master's degree in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa. He has worked as a CMPC in the high-performance context for several years with Volleyball Canada, Curling Canada, and Archery Canada. Before that, he spent many years coaching swimming and teaching at McGill.


He's currently consulting with athletes, teams, and coaches in various sport and corporate contexts. He facilitates coach development with the provinces of Ontario and Quebec and teaches in the human kinetics department at uOttawa.
