Bio

Dr. Walker is a registered psychologist specializing in working with athletes with a focus on both performance and mental health concerns. She has vast experiences in training and supporting elite athletes, coaches, and teams at the individual and team level from a mental health and mental performance lens.

She earned her Master's in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and received her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology/Athletic Counselling from Springfield College.

Rachel places great importance on fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with her athletes and assisting them to understand what is no longer working in their performance and in life. She invites athletes to explore challenging yet vital places of growth in the service of what is most important to them. Through humility, compassion, and curiosity, Rachel looks forward to supporting athletes on their journey towards healing, growth, and flourishing in performance and life outside of sport.
