Bio

Cait is the founder of mindwithmatter where she helps athletes develop psychological skills that enable them to perform under pressure and manage the unpredictable demands of the sporting environment. Cait specializes in injury and concussion recovery - helping athletes align their brain and body to optimize recovery and return to play with confidence. Her goal is not merely to achieve full physical recovery, but to foster growth and transformation through the experience.

For a year and a half, Cait lived abroad in Australia where she helped develop and facilitate a Wellbeing and Performance Program for a women’s rugby club, helping athletes from grassroots teams through to the professional team.

When not working with individuals on their mental performance, I can be found adventuring in the mountains, playing ice hockey or getting lost in a good book.
