Bio

Chelsea completed her Masters degree in Human Kinetics (MA, Sport Psychology) at the University of Ottawa. She is originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where she developed as a high performance varsity athlete eventually competing in USports National championships, and later becoming a National C License Coach in soccer. She has coached athletes of all ages, and levels from grassroots to League 1 Ontario Women’s Soccer and has been party to community club development and active aging initiatives focused on longevity in sport.


Chelsea currently lives and works out of Ottawa, Ontario meeting with clients in person and virtually across Ontario, Nova Scotia and Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Her philosophy is grounded in challenging others to achieve self-defined success. Clientele consists of individuals, teams, clubs, and coaching groups across an array of sports including soccer, hockey, figure skating, swimming, and more! Specialities include high performance mindset, confidence building, communication, team culture, leadership development, as well as gender equity and women/girls empowerment.
