Bio

Dr. Wall offers sport and performance-focused mental health care services to help athletes achieve their performance goals while preserving their well-being. With training in counselling and sport science she is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential through a person-centred approach. She brings her former experience as a competitive figure skater, professional figure skating coach and varsity rugby player to her work with athletes. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Wall has provided counselling and sport psychology services in university health and counselling centres and private practice settings. She has experience working with athletes and teams competing at provincial, national and Olympic levels. Sports she frequently works with include gymnastics, figure skating, hockey, soccer, wrestling, equestrian, volleyball, basketball, swimming, track & field, cycling, sailing, golf and rowing. Dr. Wall is a Registered Psychologist (#2688) with the College of Health & Care Professionals of BC and a professional member with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC #10534). Her services are covered by most extended health plans.


Education: PhD in Counselling Psychology (UBC), MA in Counselling Psychology (TWU) and BSc Kinesiology (U of A).
