I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA). I help individuals gain mental and emotional skills, techniques, and knowledge to reach their optimal performance zone. My focus is for my clients to achieve accurate self-awareness about themselves and how this can unlock their potential in sports and life. I have worked with elite athletes, performance artists, high-performance professionals, and elite military units within the Canadian armed forces. My personal sports background is in rugby, hockey, basketball, and softball. I played rugby at the University of Ottawa, won two RSEQ Championships, and placed 4th and 3rd at the Usports Championships. I also played for the Quebec senior women's provincial team for eight years and won multiple Canadian National Championships. My experience in elite sports has contributed to my consultation practice and empathy for my clients.
