Sarah’s passion for mental performance was ignited as a young hockey player, when she began to recognize how certain aspects of her mental game were impacting performance. This led her to pursue a career in mental performance. Sarah supports athletes not only in mental skills development, but in planning and preparing for the many inevitable transitions an athlete will face in their career. Sarah views the athlete as a whole person, looking at multiple factors that could impact performance in sport. She works closely with each individual to identify key factors affecting their performance and creates personalized strategies for success. Sarah has worked with athletes at all levels of sport, particularly focused on competitive levels such as provincial, varsity, and national. She supports individual clients and teams through her work.
