Bio
Paige is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant who has been empowering high-achieving individuals with cognitive and behavior skills to optimize performance since 2009. Her approach to performance enhancement is practical and straight-forward, providing accessible and actionable strategies that are directly relatable to her clients’ performance environments and real-world experiences.
In addition to providing direct training and consultation to athletes and performers, Paige thrives when working alongside like-minded professionals within multidisciplinary health and human performance teams in both sport and non-sport environments. Her consulting background spans a wide range of team and individual sports at the provincial, national and intercollegiate levels, with a particular depth of experience with curling and equestrian. Outside of sport optimization, she is equally passionate about the application of mental training beyond sport populations: particularly, the development and implementation of effective mental performance programs in military populations.
Paige’s commitment to mental performance stems from her athletic background in international-level curling, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of mental training on athletic success. Outside of her professional pursuits, Paige enjoys curling, sailing, traveling, and practicing yoga.
