Joseph Leszner (He/Him) is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). He holds a Masters Degree in Human Kinetics with a specialization in sport psychology and is a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. Joe works as a CMPC with multiple national sport organizations, where he strives to help individuals and teams achieve optimal performance and well-being. Joe has supported athletes at multiple major games, most recently the Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic games.
