The dedication, persistence, and passion that top performers embody is why Nicole started working in mental performance. She finds meaning in helping athletes build their mental game to allow their goals and aspirations to become reality. Nicole is a professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She holds a master’s of human kinetics from the University of Ottawa where she formally studied to work in mental Performance. Nicole has personal lived experience as an international high-performance athlete. She was a former international figure skater for the Czech Republic, the first alternate for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, and a competitor at Senior Worlds, Junior Worlds, European Championships, and the Olympic University Games. Nicole has found particular interest in working with youth and young adult athletes (+10), athletes from aesthetic sports (figure skating, gymnastics, dance, synchro swimming etc.) and athletes from early specialization spots (hockey, tennis, etc.). However, she enjoys working with all ages and sports.
