Bio
Trista works with athletes of all ages, sporting disciplines, and competitive levels. She has worked with athletes from hockey, baseball, basketball, bowling, dance, gymnastics, equestrian, swimming, curling, football, figure skating, volleyball, rugby, soccer, cross country, track and field, and ultra-marathon. Trista is Liberal Arts faculty at Georgian College, teaching a number of psychology courses including Sport Psychology, Introductory Psychology, and Social Psychology.
