Bio

Colin has spent over thirty years in high-performance environments. His straightforward approach to executive coaching and corporate education draws from diverse experiences as a professional athlete, sport psychology consultant, and trusted advisor to senior business teams, C-suite leaders, and Olympic athletes and coaches. He served as mental performance consultant and IST Lead (Integrated Support Team) to Olympic and Paralympic sailors and coaches at three Olympic Games (Athens '04, Beijing '08, London '12) Colin's corporate experience includes a three-year assignment in the legal department of a Fortune 200 oil field services company, coaching CEO succession and talent development with North America's largest value-added seafood processor, and guiding high-potential development with a Big Four accounting firm. He has helped CEOs with post-merger leadership integration, customer experience transformations, and cultural change at investor-owned and community-owned electric utilities in Tampa, Phoenix, Seattle, Albuquerque, and Halifax. Colin holds US, Canadian, and UK citizenship. He earned undergraduate and master's degrees in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University and his PhD from Temple University.
