Tom Coolen utilizes his vast coaching experience, coupled with his Mental Performance Consultant designation to assist athletes, coaches and teams to improve performance and to reach their goals. As a former Olympic , NHL , World Championship and University coach, Tom brings an insight into his practice which has been shaped by his exposure to high performance sport for over thirty years. He is a two time CIS "Coach of the Year" and a three time AUS "Coach of the Year".
