Bio

Mackenzie is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics (Intervention and Consultation) from the University of Ottawa. As a former NCAA Division I athlete and professional golfer, Mackenzie understands firsthand the mental challenges and rewards of high-performance sport. She takes a person-first, collaborative approach that prioritizes each individual’s well-being while supporting their pursuit of performance excellence. Mackenzie works with athletes, coaches, and teams across a variety of sports and competitive levels, including youth, collegiate, and provincial programs. She helps performers create strategies to enhance confidence, build resilience, manage pressure, maintain balance, and find lasting enjoyment in both sport and life.
