Matthew is a Registered Provisional Psychologist & Mental Performance Consultant and has been working with Local, Provincial, National, and Olympic level athletes for many years. Matthew has been a Mental Performance Consultant with Team Alberta during the Western Canada and Canada Summer Games teams. His expertise reaches across both team and individual sport performances. Consulting with coaches and administrators to design and implement a motivational culture consistent with the demands of the level of sport has been an area of growth in recent years. Matt also works as a sessional instructor in the Psychology department with the Grande Prairie Regional College. He continues to work toward the completion of his PhD with a focus on motivation and personality.
