Mentorship in Canada: Getting Started, First Meetings, and Common Challenges for Mentors

The CSPA is excited to host a 3 hour workshop - free for CSPA members - that will provide both new and established professional members and mentors the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding about the mentorship process. During the workshop 3 CMPC approved mentors will provide information about how to get started as a mentor, how to develop a mentorship approach, building a productive and effective mentor-mentee relationship, and how to navigate the challenges that mentors and mentees may face.
