Hayley Russell, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS. At St.F.X. she teaches classes on exercise psychology and psychology of injury. Prior to joining the faculty at St.F.X. Hayley worked at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN teaching, research, and consulting with NCAA Division III athletes. Her research focuses primarily on the psychology of sport-related injury, Strava use in athletes and exercisers, and the psychology of running.
