Bio
Ryan Marshall is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), as well as a Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon. He holds a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oregon State University.
Ryan has over a decade of experience working across sport and performance domains and age demographics. He is dedicated to empowering performers to find greater joy and fulfillment in their pursuits, and to develop the psychological flexibility needed to take action toward what matters to them, when it matters most.
Ryan has worked in embedded settings with the elite performers of the U.S. Special Operations community, helping those individuals and teams enhance readiness and excel under pressure in complex, high-stakes environments. In the domain of athletics, Ryan's experience spans collegiate, competitive youth levels including, high school, club, and development academies, as well as individuals across various types of sports. Ryan supports athletes in developing awareness, focus, mental toughness, and long-term balance between performance demands and personal well-being, to be successful on and off the field.
