Biography: 

Connor holds a Master of Human Kinetics degree with specialization in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa where he was also a member and captain of the Gee-Gee’s Men’s Field Lacrosse team. He has combined his academic background in sport and performance psychology with his experiences as an elite athlete to begin his career as a Mental Performance Consultant in the Ottawa area. He has worked with athletes aged 8 - 40+ from regional to national and professional competitors. He also has extensive experience working with business men and women as well as the performing arts. He has worked with teams, players and organizations at all levels of hockey and lacrosse, including minor, Jr. A, NCAA/varsity, and professional, as well as other domains such as track & field, tennis, soccer, squash, golf, basketball and volleyball. Connor presents a balanced approach to his consulting practice with an emphasis on addressing the specific needs of each client. He is a strong believer in the cultivation of transferable skills as this leads to benefits in daily living and personal craft. He strives to learn and grow as a professional and person daily in order to better serve his clients.
